| The Stratford offers an "All in One" recycling program which means that paper, plastic, cardboard, etc... can all be placed in one bag. The recycling bin is located next to the compactor behind the doors with the recycling sign. Your recycling can be picked up with your valet trash but needs to be placed in a transparent bag so that the contents can be seen. If you have any questions about the program, please contact the management office. Please help us keep our planet green. | |
The pool is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. The pool is for current residents only. Each apartment is allowed up to two guest per day but MUST accompany the guest while at the pool. Glass bottles and pets are not permitted in the gated area at any time. For all other pool rules, please refer to your lease agreement. Warm air

Vegetarian Lasagna Ingredients:
4 medium zucchini
1 package of fresh mushrooms (amount depends on taste)
1 medium onion
Fresh garlic (to taste)
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
28 oz. jar pasta sauce
24 oz. mozzarella cheese
8 oz. feta cheese
Olive Oil (to coat the pan)
Lasagna Noodles
Directions:
1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Mince zucchini, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
2. Coat pan with oil and sauté vegetables until tender. Add defrosted spinach. Add pasta sauce.
3. Layer vegetable mixture on top of noodles; add mozzarella cheese on each layer.
4. Top with feta cheese. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 until brown and bubbly.
5. Serve with warmed Italian bread. |
